Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join Summit-X, a leading real estate development company. Based at our GTA/Toronto office, you will play a pivotal role in our ambitious projects, leading the structural design and analysis for a diverse range of real estate ventures. This includes multiplex conversions, new developments, and renovations. You will perform site visits, ensure compliance with local building codes, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting structural calculations, preparing construction documents, and overseeing their implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license in Toronto.
Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on real estate development projects.
Proficient in structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
